Summary: Airport shuttle was a great help and was waiting outside for us. Had to load our own suitcases in, which wasn't ideal as they were heavy. Beautiful bed and linen aswell as bathroom. Very friendly reception. Would highly recommend!

Summary: The lady at the reception is impatient and somewhat rude. If you’re in the hospitality industry, you should be more flexible and patient particularly with people arriving from overseas that do not speak aussie accent and have trouble understanding your very deep aussie accent.

Summary: I liked the closeness to the airport, clean and modern restaurant. Very cLean bedroom, comfortable bed and nice shower. The checkout staff (day shift receptionist) and restaurant was very polite and friendly. The checkin was not a good experience: I checked in at midnight. I paid the room in full online when I booked it, and at check in he (night shift receptionist) charged me an extra $100 bond ….just in case I incurred in any additional expenses? And if I didn’t made any extra expenses it would take 1 week for the money to be returned to my account! When I walked over to my room the hall way was filled with plates from 3 rooms. It stank of leftover food. The next morning when I got up at 9am the plates were still there. When I was in my room after checking in, I called reception to ask about the breakfast buffet… I had another question and he hanged up so quickly I couldn’t ask. So I called back again 3 times and no response. Nice hotel but the night shift staff is unprofessional and unkind.
